Dr Heaton was great: he was very good at communicating and explaining in simple terms what he was doing so that I could follow what was going on. He made an effort to chat and help the nervous patient to relax! He was careful and efficient, which instilled confidence. Above all he had a sense of humour!
The care provided by Dr Heaton and Sister Sue was exemplary. Two days after the procedure I removed the dressings and could barely see the site of the wound and stitches. I was delighted as it is on my face and fairly prominent. His skill with the detail and the stitching was outstanding in my opinion.
The whole experience was as pleasant as it possibly could be. I am very grateful to Dr Heaton and Sister Sue for their exemplary treatment of my skin condition. I am unable to make suggestions for improvements as they have covered all the bases already.
