Doctor Christopher Heaton was professional and understanding from the moment I set foot in the room. He was reassuring, and listened to what I had to say.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
He was aided by Sapana and Ella on this occasion, who with great humour put me at my ease. Well done to all three of them!
