When I first met Dr. Hayward I was put at ease by his very reassuring manner.
He explained that I would be sedated and what would happen during the procedure.
I was very comfortable throughout the whole visit, (unlike a previous colonoscopy which was done in a different department), and was looked after in a very professional manner by all of the team.
The aftercare was also of a very high standard.
I was very impressed with my care and it is very reassuring to know that everyone helping me were on top of their work.
Many thanks for making a not very pleasant occasion go so smoothly.
