This Doctor was useless dealing with my mental health housing application.
A general Medical doctor should have no place in deciding mental health issues for Housing.
I was not offered a phone call or a one 2 one session as reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.
* Even though it will say I was seen. The below is just the address of the registered office. I was Never Seen.
