Dr. Oesterling made the decision for a Housing Association A2 Dominion about my housing needs and made the priority banding decision. She rejected my banding application. I have never met or spoken directly to her. I do not feel Dr. Oesterling had my safeguarding in mind. I do not feel she cared about my welfare or accurately understood the situation I am in. I wish there was a different system in place for social housing tenants. Social housing is often badly made and causes illness or at least exacerbates it. Vulnerable people go to GPs for help - if GPs do not help - what is any vulnerable person to do? It's a broken system built on poor housing and neglectful care providers. I know I am not the only social housing tenant this has happened to.

This Doctor was useless dealing with my mental health housing application. A general Medical doctor should have no place in deciding mental health issues for Housing. I was not offered a phone call or a one 2 one session as reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. * Even though it will say I was seen.
