I was made welcome and put at ease from the moment Dr Targett came out from his room to call me and introduced himself with a hearty handshake. I was encouraged to explain my problems and was given a friendly, helpful, clear and concise response. Another handshake on leaving which Dr Targett offered as I was accompanied back into the corridor. Overall I felt more like I was visiting a long established friend than a Doctor I had never seen before. Thanks Dr Targett. Incidentally, making the appointment on the phone was also done in a very helpful, friendly manner so thanks Nunwell Surgery Staff too !
