In my view a very competent, confident, compassionate doctor. Was genuine and congruent, transparent regarding any confusion and made my son and I feel seen/heard. The only suggestion I would say is slow it down, as someone myself who is always going too quick and everything in our society encourages doing everything quickly, I resonated with the speed of things, however I know as hard as it is, when we slow it down, we make more progress. This did not impact our meeting at all, it was actually something i recognised as doing the same thing myself, in my industry. Great care was felt, by both my son and I and it was a good feeling to speak with another who in no way spoke down to us, but spoke to us as equals
