First time seeing Dr Chris Targett face to face previously spoken once on the telephone I'm absolutely over the moon to have spoken and been seen by him he introduced himself he listened and understood where I was coming from didn't make me feel judged made me feel like he genuinely cared (which i think is rare in recent times)and that he wanted to support me with my on going health/pain management he explained everything to me what options were available to me I didn't feel like he was rushing my appointment he was so easy to talk to the whole experience made me feel more postive about going forward with my health I hope we get to keep him at our surgery and that he can be my regular gp. I Don't feel there was anything he could have done to to give even better care as he already did give me the best care possible I'm really please I had booked the appointment with him.Long may his excellent care support,understanding,empathy continue thankyou very much to him. Bromyard has found its next Dr Ilsley and he had huge shoes to fill and Dr Chris Tagett has done that.
