Really friendly and calm. Made me feel like I am not alone and that its OK to have ADHD. This was so helpful as I sometimes have the worst imposter syndrome and doubt myself.
Video call with Dr Obuaya was to the point and he gave useful advice on how I can improve the side effects of the tablets. He was smiley and had a really warm face which put me at ease straight away.
