Charlotte is very dismissive with a terrible bedside manner. Multiple parents can also confirm this.
In our case she dismissed my other half finding a second hernia as his testicle. On a second inspection by a junior doctor we found it to be a second hernia and then appropriately dealt with.
We find it unnacceptable and is a case for Charlotte Groves at QA to be reviewed and these issues brought to her attention very seriously.
We are not questioning her skillset completely although a junior doctor provided a better more complete service but she needs to be corrected and appropriately assessed.
