Charlotte is one of the best in her field. Clearly passionate about what she does. Takes onboard the parent view. Would highly recommend her without a doubt if you had to leave your baby in her care. After spending many many months in NICU, you definitely learn the professional individuals. Charlotte is a woman of few words but her impact is significant. Staff seem to respect her, and are better with their care when she is around on duty. Definitely see she why she is clinical director! Please keep up the great work, we see the strong exterior but we have also seen the softness in your eyes when attending to the babies. You are one of the best. THANK YOU, we are forever grateful.

Dr Groves has looked after our daughter from the first hour of her life who was born very early at 23+6 weeks. Me and my husband were in total shock and felt very hopeless when she was born and had some difficult conversations with Dr Groves few hours after she was born. Dr Groves has been a solid support who offered us honest advise and feedback about our daughter's progress. We can't thank Dr Groves enough for the care that our daughter has received in NICU and how well she has been looked after. We were transferred from Jersey to Queen Alexandra hospital in Portsmouth and the only people we knew in Portsmouth were the NICU team who provided us the support we so desperately needed in this difficult journey. Dr Groves is a very skilled and experienced doctor and would know how our baby was doing even without looking at her files which gave us comfort and confidence. Our little girl still has a NICU journey ahead of her but we are confident that she is under the best care. We would always be grateful to Dr Groves for what she has done for our family.
