Dr Lees' online biography and background looked good, so I requested an appointment with him.
However, I was disappointed by his listening skills and attention to detail across my treatment. Furthermore, I felt that insufficient time and effort went into explaining procedures, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Unfortunately, the fact that it took a long time for results and follow-up to be communicated compounded this poor impression.
