I find Dr. Wright very understanding. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. He listens and is easy to talk too. If you need to speak to him and leave a message at the surgery, he always rings up to reply to the query. He is professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, plus a good sense of humour.
