My mother and I have been patients at the surgery for many years. My mother is elderly and has the upmost confidence and trust in the doctor. What she likes is being treated as a person and being listened too and finding the right treatment and the most important thing is being able to get a quick appointment. What I like, is the thorough way my problems are investigated and never been made to feel I am wasting her time. Also one of the most important things is knowing I will always see the same doctor each time.

I have been with Dr. Chander Khemani for around 15 years now. I am probably not the best patient but Dr. Khemani has been absolutely fantastic with me. For the last 8 years I have been diabetic and am now insulin dependant. In the first few years of my diabetes I guess I was in some kind of denial and not good at making appointments for check up's as I should have. Dr. Khemani is the only Doctor I have ever known who would leave messages on my phone and persue me for checks, flu jabs and tests. Even though I am now with a specialist for my diabetes care Dr. Khemani has maintained her responsibility to my care and has even been proved to be correct in her diagnosis of my being type 2 when the specialist insisted I was type 1. Dr. Khemani asked that I resume taking Metformin when the hospital insisted it was doing nothing to help me as a type 1. I resumed taking the Metformin and the improvement was significant. I highly recommend Dr. Chander Khemani to anyone seeking a new practise. Alan Morgan.

I have been registered with this surgery for over twenty years now. At the ripe age of threescore and fifteen, I am in frequent need of medical attention and between them, the husband and wife team, have looked after me with such care and dedication that I would be at a total loss without them. Their bedside manner is exemplary and whenever I have had to visit them they have attended me with competence, patience and complete understanding. The surgery is well manned by very friendly and courteous staff and have never had to wait for more than twenty four hours for an appointment. I find it very comforting and reassuring to have them looking after me and do hope that they continue to do so till the end of my days. S.A.Waheed
