He has a great caring personality and took the time to appreciate our apprehension regarding the ablation procedure by explaining the procedure in understandable detail.
With his confident expertise, he has taken us through the process.
Preparing us for the operational procedure, introducing us to the excellent operation team beforehand so we knew them already in the operating theatre.
Following his completion of the procedure, meeting with us to discuss in detail the successful outcome and then supporting us as we continue along the path to full recovery. He has a gift of making sure you are in safe hands.
