Dr Hall always listens to you and gives advice with a clear and gentle manner. I always feel that I am getting the treatment that is best for me and never have I felt that I am in anyway being told something that isn't relative to the reason I have had to visit the surgery.
If I have to have follow up treatment it is done that day and I do not have to wait long before I am contacted by the Hospital etc. and the results are forward to me very quickly after they have arrived back in the surgery. If necessary follow up appointments are arranged.
