I have regular contact with Dr Carlos Solinas due to my epilepsy. He's a very respected doctor who's always a phone call away if I need him or his advice.
On every appointment he is always very welcoming to me, shakes my hand and asks me how I've been and if I have any worries. He's also very good at listening to what I have to say and we come to a solution that we are both happy with.
I handled my diagnosis very bad but he always reassures me that I will be fine and cared for. Without having a supporting neurologist I think I would still be having a tough time coming to terms with it.
He's a fantastic doctor who should be recognised all over. He's truly a one in a million.
