I find that Dr Drew always listens well when describing symptoms to her and she explains in easy to understand terms any probable causes with any proposed further investigations and/or treatments also explained in easy to understand terms.

Dr Drew is a lovley doctor. She listens to what you have to say and she's really helpful and friendly. We had an appointment with her recently and are very impressed. Dr. Drew is our family GP. She is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. She listens properly and discusses her diagnosis and treatment plans clearly. We enjoy having Dr Drew as our G.P. and would recommend her to others. A wider view of the whole Surgery is also very positive. We have never received anything other than excellent treatment at Henfield Medical Centre, and that includes receptionists and other office staff, nurses and Doctors. Recently, when my husband was very unwell we were given an appointment with a nurse within two hours and when we arrived were seen within 5 mins. The nurse told us that we'd been made an appointment with a GP, whom we saw shortly after the nurse. Pnuemonia was diagnosed, the condition was discussed with us, appropriate medication was prescribed, and we have a follow up appointment.
