In my opinion, Dr. Kirkham has only a fractional amount of listening skills.
I found his knowledge biased and judgemental and I would urge caution before seeking an appointment with this gentleman.
An outrageous waste of time on my behalf, along with an incredible amount of pain to be met with this level of limited knowledge.
I am still in a state of disbelief!
