Dr Rudd has been very patient and kind in engaging with my & my child's health problems. Gives time to hear my concerns and do what ever she can to deal with the condition. In particular my privacy is always respected. LOVELY!! nurses very polite caring and professional in what they do, the GPs themselves have been outstanding! Communication with admin staff normally fine even tho they work under alot of pressure. One receptionist is very friendly and goes out of her way for us. I can most definitely recommend Dr Rudd, Dr Dawood and the Hatch End Practice.
