I had to deal with this man as my elderly father was terminally ill and I was seeking information and support. Dr Marten's was unable to explain things well and actually shouted at me on two occasions. He also prescribed potentially harmful medications for years. When I complained to the GMC I was informed that staff at Dr Marten's practice "frequently dealt with patients upset by Dr Martens" and that "NHS Highland were also aware of a previous complaint about the doctor's manner". Why is he still allowed to practice?
