I did not expect to see Dr. Benjamin Ellis as my appointment was and has been for quite some time now with Dr Sonya Abrahams but unfortunately she had moved on to another department so you can imagine my disappointment on hearing this news at the time of my appointment. However, Benjamin took time, to explain my condition in full and the care required, he confirmed that he would ensure to oversee my progress for the future which made me feel more positive about my care at Charring Cross Hospital.
