Dr Barbara Rushton

I find Dr Rushton businesslike but at the same time empathetic. Her manner is brisk but friendly. When I last saw her I was conscious that I was perhaps taking up more than my allotted time but she was reassuring and did not rush me. She gives considered advice and I have complete confidence in her. I am aware of her involvement in NHS matters outside Liphook surgery and thus her time at the surgery is limited but I will wait to see her rather than any other members of the practice, though that is no reflection on their competence.

Dr rushton was late with my appointment and then told me she didn't have the time to talk about other things that were bothering me. I find her very rude and a bit stuck up! She has often has me in tears as she's just not any way empathetic or caring. It would be nice of her to actually listen rather than just hurrying patients out the door
