Mr. Crossland was very happy and satisfied with the way Dr. Sureddi dealt with him and his wife who is his career. They stated they found Dr. Sureddi very patient, understanding and compassionate with them. He said he gave them sound advice on how to deal with his situation and found him very caring listening to what they had to say.
