I have worked with Dr Sureddi for many years and he is a wonderful consultant. He is compassionate, kind and caring towards patients and their relatives. Dr Sureddi always places the patient at the centre of his care as well as taking the carers needs into consideration. Dr Sureddi has works in a person centred and holistic manner and always utilises the multidisciplinary approach to ensure that the patient receives a high standard of care. Dr Sureddi always respects other professionals and their input. Dr Sureddi is highly motivated and forward thinking and always implements changes that patients and their carers will greatly benefit from. Dr Sureddi is an asset to Psychiatry.

I have known Dr Sureddi professionally over approximately 7 years. H has helped me in with my General Practice patients on many occasions. He is a caring doctor and listens carefully to the patients , family and other professionals alike . He then gives a considered thought through approach. He has helped with some very difficult situations with patients mental health in the past and i know he always gives his best. Recently he joined a multidisciplinary team in Primary Care and was a source of great help and advice to the patients of NEATH while on this team. The only sadness is i am aware Dr Sureddi will be moving onto to pastures new and we will sorely miss him. Dr Sureddi is a very caring & Compassionate individual. He has the capacity to make patients at ease & communicates in a concise clear manner. Always empathetic, here is an individual who clearly loves his work. I have known him for many years & can vouch for the fact that he is a credit to the NHS!

Thank you Dr. Sureddi from the bottom of my heart, for all you did for me. When we first met, I didn't think I could get much lower in spirits, but I certainly proved myself wrong. By the time I was finally admitted to hospital, and into your care, I think I was as low as anyone could be. With your care and choice of medication, you helped me pull back from the abyss. Since leaving hospital, I have come on in leaps and bounds, and I owe it all to you and your wonderful staff, to whom I shall be eternally grateful. I wish you all the very best wishes for your future career, in the knowledge that you will always do your best for your patients, and never give up on them. It's been an honour to meet you. I have worked with Dr Sureddi for the past 5 years and on every occasion I have always been met with respect, dignity and honesty. I have observed on many occasions how Dr Sureddi has interacted with his patients with kindness and compassion, affording them time to explain their concerns and responding with the utmost empathy for their circumstances. I have observed how Dr Sureddi has supported carers and family members with difficult decisions, offering information and explanations to enable best decisions to be made. As a social work team, our interactions with Dr Sureddi have always been constructive for the individual concerned. He has always demonstrated respect for our professional role and at all times afforded time to listen to our perspective. As a team, we have valued his approach immensely, as this has ensured that we have been able to work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients/service users.
