Dr Babak Daneshmand saw me ahead of time and introduced himself to me in a friendly way.
I told him my concerns about some of the proposed treatment and he listened carefully, explaining he was not a dermatologist and would refer me back to Mr Cliff.
He told me how to care for the excision he performed and what to do if the area became infected.
I had full confidence in him as a doctor.
