Calm and answered all my queries. Appointment was on time. Explained procedure clearly and gave verbal aftercare instructions with the opportunity to ask questions. A nurse was in attendance at all times. A useful printed copy of the aftercare instructions was provided and an extra bandage if I needed it.
East Surrey hospital staff were helpful and friendly. The hospital was clean and easy to get to with easy parking
Good communication via app and post.
