Consistently poor user experience with this woman. Barely given the chance to describe the problem before she claims there's "nothing I can do.
On more than 1 occasion she wrote inappropriate prejudiced comments (not medical) on my record.

Sat on my referral request for 3 months without processing it. This is the norm with referrals, they refuse to process them unless you chase them repeatedly to assert your rights. Morally corrupt and utterly devoid of compassion or a conscience.

The NHS constitution says NHS GPs are the link between the NHS and benefits/support. When my health failed and I enquired about benefits and support, she said "that's nothing to do with us".

Absolutely love her!
She really listens, never made me feel rushed.
Some of my the problems I have can be very embarrassing... but she deals with it professionally and does not make me feel awkward.
Only negative...It can be hard to get an appointment with her.
