Dr Singh has been punctual both times I've seen him.....
He's listened to me attentively; helped me have insight about my problem and taken my input seriously which includes asking me about how i wish to proceed as opposed to funnelling me into a particular treatment regardless .
His manner is warm and human..... so saying I have never been in doubt about his knowledge and expertise.
