I have been under Dr Ashish's care for 8 years and have always been impressed by his compassionate approach, his knowledge and his patient listening skills. He never makes the patient feel that he is hurrying them, but gives thorough attention to the diagnosis we require. I have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed relatively good health, but have benefited from Dr Ashish being a surgeon, and he has removed two suspect moles from my back with amazing skill, causing no discomfort whatsoever. He is a gentle and approachable man, and I will miss having him in charge of my health and welfare. I trust him implicitly. Thank you!

I have been very impressed and grateful for the consistently excellent level of care that I have received from Dr Ashish Kshetrapal at Atkinson Health Centre (Wiejak) in Barrow in Furness. My Dr listens carefully and always gives great advise based on his extensive experience and knowledge of new research and medicines which are available. The Health Centre is well managed and all staff have given me a very high level of care over the past 8 years. A big thank you to Dr Ashish and all staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Ashish for several years; he is an exceptional Doctor, very knowledgable, compassionate and understanding. He listens carefully to your symptoms and never dismisses your concerns and fears. He carefully explains his diagnoses, what he intends to do and why and after answering any questions you have he ensures swift treatment or sound advice. Over the years our whole family have benefited from his care, experience and professionalism. I trust his judgement implicitly, he is a credit the medical profession and a real asset to the NHS and Barrow-in-Furness.

Dr. Ashish has been my father's GP for many years, and so has got to know him very well. Dad is 91 years old. He has kept a close eye on dad for several years now. Due to his excellent care, Dad's bowel cancer was spotted by Dr. Ashish very early. He saved his life. Not only that, he is very sensitive to the difficulties I face caring for dad. He is a wonderful doctor. Thank you.

Dr ashish is a true professional he diagnosed my ilness straight away and had me admitted to hospital if his swiftness had not happened i probably would not be here to write these coments also i would like to thank all staff and doctors at FURNESS GENERAL HOSPITAL for there excellent treatment and care throughout my ilness.
