Unfortunately i am not happy with the overall care provided at this clinic. My wife and i paid for the expensive wellness health check. The clinic got my wife name totally wrong on her blood results. The blood came back with low blood sugar but the Dr did not offer any solution. My wife complained that she regularly has shortness of breathe but the Dr said he would email some breathing exercises to her and never did. For my wellness i was suppose to have an ECG and breathing test but never had either and my wife didn't have the breathing test either. The wellness medical cost 750 pounds each and it was done in about 5 min apart from the bloods. You would expect a detailed medical exam for that price! My bloods came back with some issues but i wasn't given proper advice apart from i need to change my diet. I had to be referred for an MRI which showed i had sciatica but when discussing the results there was no offer of treatment and months later i am still in pain with it. Trying to get a response via email is nearly impossible. The clinic sent me a paypal receipt for an appointment my wife had booked and she had not even booked one. they had confused her with someone else. Now i have to find another practice and have all the tests again

I've seen Dr. Ghosh a number of times at his private practice both for myself and for my child. I have always been pleased by his caring bedside manner, to the point attitude and knowledge of the issues at hand. However what I have been most impressed with is his response when a difficulty occurred in getting a callback from him. Dr. Ghosh was honest, very open and sincere and very quick to say he was sorry about what happened and to do whatever he could possibly take to fix this administrative error. The ability to recognise an error, even if that is an administrative one, remain calm, open and honest and apologise is not one that many physicians have and is a sign of both a great doctor and a decent human being. Would absolutely recommend this doctor.

I was pleased to be booked in for an appointment with Dr Ghosh the same afternoon as calling his Private GP Clinic in Liverpool and Wirral. He was very friendly and approachable which allowed me to discuss and my injury and feel at ease. Dr Ghosh was thorough with his diagnosis and gave me a recovery programme that also fit in with my lifestyle which was great. Thanks Dr Ghosh and staff.
