I had been struggling with tension headaches and migraines for a number of weeks prior to visiting Doctor Aparna. Having explained my issues to Doctor Aparna she promptly communicated a plan of action to try to get the bottom of the issue including taking a diary documenting diet, working hours, exercising and and rating how bad the headaches were. At my follow up appointment I was prescribed a course of medication and have subsequently felt significantly better. Doctor Apara has excellent communication and empathy skills and the reassurances and hope she provided at the initial appointment when I was feeling rather unwell certainly helped.
