An excellent consultant, and I wish I could have continued with him. However I have had to go elsewhere due to the complete lack of organisation and professionalism of his administrative department.
I had to chase up for an appointment sometimes over weeks without returned calls to eventually get through to be told ‘he’s on holiday now for the next 2 weeks’. Whenever I did get through his admin office must have been in a shopping centre, park or kindergarten and it was clear there was no concentration on the conversation.
Chasing for a consultation report for over 3 days resulted in strained conversations eventually uncovering that it had been done 4 days before but missed so not sent out.
All in all a really good consultant but completely let down by a poor ‘front of shop’
