From the moment Dr Bhattacharjee opened his consultant room door at the Lister in Stevenage I knew the consultation was going to be difficult. He stood with an expressionless face even though I smiled. Once seated a hand shot from nowhere in front of me and I realised he was offering to shake my hand whilst still looking at his screen. I have never met such a arrogant doctor. Was very unhelpful and whenever I questioned him his eyes narrowed and was spoken to in a very condescending way. Hope I never have to see this doctor again. I hope others speak up about him to. One day I hope all consultations are taped and reviewed as this would stop doctors like him acting the way they do. I came away from this consultation in tears and was so intimidated did not ask about my abnormal mri only got to say a few words. I wish someone in authority would review him.
