My daughter has been under the care of this consultant for over 3 years now. He has been brilliant and I can not fault the care he has given to her. Unfortunately every individual is different and sometimes it is not always just about the "patient". It is always important to take the patient's family's needs into account as well and then a care plan should be implemented. I have had a very difficult time trying to explain why certain plans made by professionals are not suitable for my child, due to my family needs however I have not got far. I think this is the main boundary between doctor's and patient's which ultimately not only affects the family but the patient too. You are amazing as a consultant but please listen to what the patient and family has to say. You're my only hope I have now for my child.
