I had to attend the Bechet's clinic today at Aintree hospital, I had been refed by my consultant to see a Neurologist. I had the pleasure to be treated by Dr Jacob. He was kind and thoughtful, listened everything I said about what has been happing to me over the last few months. He was informative and explained to me everything regarding the treatment he was recommending for me and giving me.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to any member of my family or friend, as a matter of fact I would, if they needed a Neurologist suggests they ask for him.
Thank you, I feel clear of what the problem is and what I need to do going forward.

He is one of the best doctor I’ve ever seen , he is completely professional and he did his best to Find the perfect solution for my medical issue i highly recommended him

Dr Jacob diagnosed me having Devics Disease when I was an impatient in Hope Hospital in December 2005 (boxing day to be precise). I believe myself to be lucky that day as had he not suggested a specific blood test and been there I don't know where I would be today. Since this time he has been fantastic as a Dr and I would totally trust any decision/recommendation or action that he would suggest. I would not question him and anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jacob will also know that despite his senior position, he is warm, caring and relates on a personal level with compassion and understanding. He has also been available to contact and he and his team are a fantastic asset to the every demanding NHS. His shoes will be very hard (if at all) to be filled.

When I was originally diagnosed with Myasthenia Dr Jacob explained in great detail the short, medium and long term implications of the condition which gave me a lot of comfort and confidence to carry on living with the condition which is not life threatening but life changing.
Dr Jacob has a very pleasant disposition which is complimented by his complete and through knowledge of his subject and I consider myself to have been privileged to have had him as my consultant neurologist.
