After numerous GP's refusals to get a referral to the specialist, I feel very fortunate to have met Dr Annemarie. She is very empathetic and knowledgeable. She listened intently and asked questions that appraised my current situation holistically rather than narrowing down on the physical symptoms alone.
I left our appointment feeling understood and much-better informed and empowered to take steps that would target the cause of the syndrome I have. I was relieved not to just be told to take medication that would cover up the symptoms.
I look forward to working with Dr Annemarie as I progress with me recovery.
