I am so grateful to have been allocated Dr Neill to support me during my menopause journey. From the outset, she was positive, reassuring and listened carefully to my needs and concerns.
It was clear that Dr Neill was confident she could help with the issues I was experiencing, paid close attention to they symptoms being displayed and made me feel assured that the next step would help - and if it didn't, she would not be happy until I was feeling better both physically and emotionally.
She made a clear plan in terms of treatment, offered lots of help, advice in terms of lifestyle and resources and provided me with a clear account which I can refer back to.
So helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Thank you.
