I was instantly put at ease with Dr Neil, she was understanding, empathetic and kind. Went through everything thoroughly with me and even followed up with a phonemail with me, which I really felt was going above and beyond and truly thoughtful.
I found the letter to be of such help to have so much detail and something to refer back to, and given recommendations of resources to read and listen to was another kind gesture. Have never come across anyone so lovely in the NHS before. We need more people like Dr Neil
