On most occasions I can contact the surgery for a message to be given to Dr Culshaw. As I have a variety of long standing conditions and some new ones, I don't always need to see my GP and can very often have a telephone call with Dr Culshaw who can prescribe or advise resolutions. She has always been extremely helpful, informative and works with me to manage my medical conditions. I never feel guilty having to contact her, even though on odd occasions she seems slightly brusque, but she is very busy.
