I feel very fortunate to have met such a dedicated specialist. Receiving detailed explanation about the way forward and being able to ask many more questions was very important to me. The support given to me put my mind at rest; links to additional information was very helpful and gratefully received. It calmed me being looked after by an organised, efficient and caring specialist for my appointments. Can't come up with anything as to how one would improve on that.
