I had a long standing skin problem and made the appointment with an experienced consultant . He examined the problem skin and gave me advice which I shall try to follow .
I think this questionnaire could be phrased to produce a more accurate picture !
eg Re "a condition" as worded below . I have a skin condition but none of the diagnoses listed above.
