I just had to leave feedback today after receiving the most fantastic care at my appointment today. Dr Anatole was such a kind, caring doctor, very personable and actually listens to you, answering any questions or concerns you might have. I know first hand working in healthcare, how pushed for time health professionals are, and often stretched and stressed while still trying to carry out their jobs fully. He was so gentle, reassuring and successfully replaced my Mirena with little discomfort at all! He even followed up with a quick telephone call after my departure, to give some info he wanted me to know…. just brilliant! If only more women had access to great care and professionalism like this. I will hope and keep everything crossed that it will be Dr Anatole I see in 4 years time! Thankyou for caring and making a difference to so many :) x
