I didn’t feel this dermatologist was very knowledgeable on my skin condition. I felt she blamed me for triggering the condition through the use of facials when in fact the literature states no such thing!!! When I asked her questions about the condition, she said to look it up on the BAD website. I felt I knew more about the condition than the so-called professional!!! I have subsequently seen a dermatologist privately who said some of the creams she prescribed were not appropriate for my condition.

I have acne problems and have been taken antiniotics prescribed by GP for years. Visited as a private patient for help. Was told that acne is a complex problem and I should continue taking what the GP prescribed to me!

Very reassuring and informative about a suspect mark or wart-like growth on my face. She also made a point of checking other marks on the rest of my body, and arranged for a further visit to do further tests to make sure these were not a problem. She explained the planned curettage procedure that would be carried out on the one suspect mark. I left optimistic that even if there was a problem (skin cancer) this could be dealt with relatively simply and swiftly.

I was not happy with way I was delt with, she spoke in a manner that was really inappropriate and wasn't very helpful with any of my questions. It's been very hard time for me with the skin problem I have and she wasn't very help and reassuring.
