Explains everything in a super simple way no medical jargon . very humble and perceptive . could tell I had more questions in mind and wouldnt give me the consent to sign till she made sure I understood everything and even repeated the procedure for her . having understood everything made me relax and trust her . she is multilingual so that helped with my husband too . ended up with a very nice scare and a very pleasant experience.
