Not only am I lucky to be registered with such a great practice in Flansham Park, with friendly and patient reception staff, who do not rush you on the phone, I have been extremely fortunate to have been under the care of Dr Amelia Bolgar. Over the past 3 years since moving to the area, I have had to visit the surgery for a range of minor ailments and other more serious ones that have affected my daily life. With every appointment, I am met with a smile, empathy and understanding from Dr Bolgar, which instantly puts me at ease and I wondered why I worried so much about the appointment/s in the first place. Dr Bolgar's diagnosis and treatment has been absolutely spot on which is down to a very key skill - listening. Dr Bolgar also offers a personal element to her service which is such a delightful reassurance when I am sure her time is very precious and challenging. I could go on but I will summarise by saying no surgery or doctor has ever offered this kind of care putting my heart and mind at rest. Thank you so much Dr Amelia Bolgar.

I saw Dr Bolgar this morning, she went above and beyond to help sort out my somewhat tricky eye issue, even though she did explain that it is not her area of expertise, caring, not much waiting - great :-)
