Dr Jones is one of a rare breed -he listens. No matter how apparently small the patient's concern or worry,he listens and then responds. An outstandingly positive attitude to the more mature patients is both comforting and supportive. Dr Jones will seek or suggest the best treatment for a condition.explaining reasons along with both possible positive and negative outcomes. With very young patients,he manages to install confidence in both them and their anxious parents. If time allowed a reference to the results of recent tests or xrays etc would be helpful but the patient can always ask-if they remember!
