Dr Grimston was excellent. She listened to me carefully and with genuine interest and at no point did I feel that I was being pressurised for time. She did not reach for her virtual prescription pad the moment I walked into the room. In fact, she did not issue a prescription at all, just genuine reassurance, very good advice and total empathy. I must honestly say that I have found the doctors at the Meads Surgery to be outstanding. Dr Grimston is no exception. She was a breath of fresh air and her doctor/patient interaction was equitable and set one at ease throughout.
