Mrs Birtles and her staff provide wonderful care and empathy with the patient. She has time to listen and gives confidence to the patient in a constructive way in down to earth language. I have been with Mrs Birtles since 2008 and I feel secure that she is always doing her best for me. I feel safe and grateful that Mrs Birtles has looked after me since 2008 and has not passed me on to another doctor..
