Met Dr Alison Birtle for the first time.
What a fantastic ,helpful,understanding,no-nonsense person!
Tells it like it is,explains everything in understandable language,sorts a treatment plan,all in a friendly, positive ,"up beat" manner.
We are so lucky to have such a talented ,professional lady here in the north of england!
